Dispatch and timing
Orders are usually processed quickly and sent to production the same day where possible. Printing and dispatch normally takes 2-4 business days. Most UK deliveries arrive a few business days after dispatch.

Every framed print is made to order, packed securely and shipped with tracking to UK addresses.
Packaging
Framed prints are sent fully assembled with protective packaging, reinforced frame corners and additional protection over the print surface to reduce the risk of damage in transit.
Where we deliver
Klimt Prints currently delivers to UK addresses only. This keeps postage, packaging and customer service simple while the shop is new. International delivery may be added later.
Delivery problems
If your tracking has not updated for a while, your address was entered incorrectly, or your order arrives damaged, contact Klimt Prints with your order details and photos where relevant. We will help arrange the next step as quickly as possible.
